Fortunately, one of my brothers used to collect cards when he was young, so he's really interested in the cards that I get. Anyway, why do I collect cards? I love the fun of opening up a pack or box and having the chance to get something really cool. Yesterday, I opened up a Fairfield Mystery Baseball Collector Box, and in my bonus little mystery box got a complete set of 1989 Pacific Team Checklists. Oh, and a Hideo Nomo jersey card, not to mention a couple hundred other cards. Plus, I enjoy the older cards from my past, when life was good & easy.
